2025 Hubei TV Station LED Star Curtain Project Case

In 2025, we undertook the studio upgrade project for Huanggang TV Station in Hubei, successfully completing the customized delivery and installation of the stage star curtain. The Huanggang TV Station studio is used for news program recording, column shooting, stage performances, and large-scale event recording, which imposes high requirements on the stability, safety, and camera compatibility of the background lighting. The studio backdrop needs to feature effects such as starry sky gradients, twinkling stars, and adjustable brightness, while being strictly flicker-free to avoid interfering with camera recording and post-production. Based on the on-site stage dimensions, studio height, viewing distance, and program style, Guangzhou Homeilight Stage Lighting customized the LED star curtain specifications, utilizing SMD5050 LED beads, professional curtain materials, and a stable control system to make the starlight effect more even and soft.

This star curtain project for Hubei Huanggang TV Station adopts a DMX512 control system, supporting brightness adjustment, lighting speed variation, and single-point or zoned starry effect control. It can switch between various modes such as a steady background for news, a dreamy backdrop for variety shows, and an atmospheric setting for performances, depending on different programs. Compared to ordinary background inkjet prints or fixed LED screens, the stage star curtain features stronger stage design layers, better spatial depth, and higher program adaptability, rapidly elevating the overall visual quality of the studio.

Homeilight has years of engineering experience in stage lighting, studio lighting, and LED star curtains, and has provided lighting backdrop solutions for numerous TV studios, theaters, auditoriums, concert stages, live streaming bases, and wedding banquet halls.
