The different between ours and other factory dance floor

So many client said our price is a little bit expensive than other supplier. same size 20x20ft why other supplier quote half price only.

Today let us show you the different.

1. panel size different.

normally panel have 3 size. 50*50cm/1.64*1.64ft, 60*60cm/2*2ft, 100*100cm/3.3*3.3ft.

20*20ft, if each piece panel size is 50*50cm/1.64*1.64ft. total need 144pcs panel. this size effect better.

if each piece panel size is 60*60cm/2*2ft. total need 100pcs panel. if like this, price will be much cheaper.

2.Edge. they havent quote you the edge and flightcase. or they match the plastic edge, plastic edge easy broken.

Hongmei dance floor match edge around the dance floor, it can protect the dancer. each panel thickness is 7cm.

and ours edge is metal material

with flightcase package, convenience for rental and shipment. We use big and silent wheel. customized logo for free.

if you dont need the flightcase, we can choose carton package, and pallet to ship it.

3. material different.

Other supplier panel use cheaper material. for example, panel case is thinner. glass is 8cm. from picture we can not check the different. but we can compare it from the gross weight.

Hongmei dance floor gross weight is 9.8KG per panel/50cm size.

we use thicker panel case. 10mm tempered glass. for car shows no problem.

Other supplier the led board use cheaper. some supplier use the LED without IC. some need to manual welding. not convenience if few years later you want to change the led board.

Hongmei dance floor LED have IC. and connector. easy to change the leds.

cheaper price factory use the non waterproof cable,thin plastic cable connector. the pin easy bending when you are the first time to use it. if the pin bend, very hard to connect any more.

Hongmei dance floor connector is much stronger. and with lock. check the below picture and video.

4.Controller. other factory use small. simple controller. program effect not nice. less program effect, dont support PC or remote.

Here is our controller, support DMX512,SD card,All on,Automatic,Sound,PC, remote,phone can be reprogrammed. we have two controller for optional.

There are more than 30pcs program inside. you can choose remote, or PC or phone to control it. program effect very nice.

and if you want to change the size, or want to use other program,message us. Provide free programming service for life.

Other factory need to connect so many cables.

for example 20x20ft have to connect 20pcs cables. 10 signal connect the controller and 10 power cable connect 10 power supply or connect 5 power supply. and then 5 power supply plug in again.

Hongmei dance floor use build in power supply. each panel have one small power supply. no need to connect power supply again.

20x20ft dance floor need 2 power cable to plug in and 2 signal cable connect controller, thats enough. very easy to connect.

and we will match you enough 4 hole frame spare parts, with these spare part to connect two panels, when people dance on it, the panel can not move.

one more importance things.

there are many reseller. they order cheaper price from factory. and then resell to oversea client. to earn the profit without any cost. so when the dance floor have problem, they dont know how to solve it. and some reseller wont do aftersales anymore after the goods sent out, because they get profit already.
