There are 2 main types of LED dance floors on the market and the main difference is in the way the power is transmitted between each panel:
Wireless.we also call it magnet – Each panel connects and transfers power and signal through magnet connections situated on the edge of each panel.

Wireless LED dance floors are a modern alternative to the traditional wired option. They are designed to offer the same functionality as wired dancefloors, but without the hassle of electrical cables.
One of the main advantages of wireless dancefloors is that they are much easier to lay. There are no electrical cables to worry about, so the panels can be quickly and easily assembled on-site. This makes them ideal for smaller events or events with a quick turnaround, where speed and ease of setup are important.
However Uneven floors, spilt drinks and thick pile carpets these problem all will cause wireless LED dance floor tiles to stop functioning. the most issue with wireless dancefloors is that they can lose power if there is any movement on the floor. This can be a problem for events, where many people will be dancing and moving around. Power and signal is provided to wireless dancefloors through the powered edge and then transferred to each panel via 4 magnet. It is very common for one or more panels to stop working if magnet are disconnected or the whole floor to stop working if the powered edging is loosened with the movement of people dancing on the floor.
When it comes to choosing between wired and wireless dancefloor hire, it is important to consider your specific needs and requirements. Wired dancefloors are more reliable, but if you’re planning an event with a very tight turnaround you may need to allow for more crew to install the dancefloor as it can take a little longer to lay. Wireless dancefloors are quicker and easier to lay, but they can be less secure and less durable.

Wired, we also call it Cabled – Each panel connects and transfers power and signal through a series of cables which you plug in underneath the floor.

Wired LED dance floors are known for their reliability and durability, as they do not lose power even when there is a lot of movement on the floor and they are made of tempered glass making the long-lasting and able to withstand heavy man even one SUV car
Another advantage of wired LED dance floors is that they are more secure. Since each panel is connected securely with a cable to provide power to the dance floor, there is no risk of them losing power during an event. This makes them ideal for larger events, where a lot of people will be dancing and moving around on the floor.
here one client prefer the wired connection after use the magnet dance floor.

However, they are much more difficult to lay in comparison to wireless dance floors. Each panel requires a cable in and out, providing power in from the previous panel and transferring this power to the next row of panels. This means they can take a little longer to lay so will require more staff to lay the dancefloor if your venue has a tight turnaround time between events.
To sum up.
if for rental, need install the dance floor in short time, then choose the wireless led dance floor.
