Q1: When was Hongmei established?

Q3: Where is your factory located? What is your annual production capacity?

A: Our factory is located in Guangdong, China. We have strong production capacity to meet the demands of large events, bars, weddings, and landscape lighting projects.

Q4: Can I visit your factory?

A: Yes. With an appointment made in advance, we offer on-site factory inspections and online video factory tours. You can visit the production line and sample showroom.

Q1: What certificates do your stage lights have for customs clearance?

A: Most models have CE, RoHS. LVD & EMC reports are available for selected items. Documents can be provided for EU customs. Other certifications can be quoted separately.

Q2:What is your warranty term?

A: Standard 1-year warranty. Free spare parts for non-human damage within warranty. Freight and on-site service cost are not included. Extended warranty is negotiable for big projects.

Q3: Are the lights DMX512 compatible?

A: All professional stage lights support standard DMX512. Also auto-run, sound active, master-slave, RDM (optional). Compatible with lighting console and software control system.

Q4: Do you test every light before shipment?

A: Yes. Every product is tested before leaving our factory. We also send photos and videos of the testing process to our customers.

Q1: What is your MOQ?

A: Low MOQ for standard stock items. Sample order is acceptable. Custom items require higher MOQ. You can test samples before bulk order.

Q2: How to order samples? How fast for sample delivery?

A: Please send us an inquiry if you need samples for more details. Sample delivery takes around 10–30 days, depending on your area and selected shipping method. Customized products require a longer lead time. Buyer covers sample freight.

Q3: What payment terms do you accept?

A: Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit upfront to start production, and the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment. We accept secure payment methods including Alibaba Trade Assurance, T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, and Western Union.

Q4:How long is the general production date?

A: Production usually takes 7-10 workdays depending on your quantity

Q1: What packing do you use?

A: Standard: Carton. Flight case is optional, shockproof and reusable for live events and rental.

Q2: Can you send the goods door to door delivery ?

A: Yes, absolutely! when do you want to use this product ,if not urgently ,we can chose ship by sea door to door for you .please send us your address with post code.

Q3:Do your products support fast shipping?

A: Yes, we can ship your goods in 7-10 workdays after your payment . It mainly depends on the product, quantity, and the shipping method you choose (Express, Air, or Sea).Please let us know what product you need, the quantity, and your deadline, so we can check the best shipping plan for you.

Q1: If the fixtures malfunction, how is the after-sales service guaranteed?

A: Within the warranty period, we provide spare parts and online technical support. Damage caused by improper human operation is not covered by the warranty.

Q2: Can you assist in designing lighting solutions for bars, banquet halls, or landscape projects?

A: We can provide luminaire selection and lighting layout suggestions for your project.
