Q1：虹美灯光是何时成立的？
答：我们成立于 2008 年。
Q2：你们是贸易公司还是生产厂家？
答：我们是一家专业的舞台灯光制造商，拥有完整的生产线。支持 OEM 和 ODM 代工。
Q3：你们的工厂在哪里？年产量是多少？
答：我们的工厂位于中国广东。我们拥有强大的产能，能够满足大型活动、酒吧、婚礼及景观照明项目的需求。
Q4：我可以参观你们的工厂吗？
答：可以的。提前预约后，我们提供实地验厂和线上视频看厂服务。您可以参观生产线和样品展厅。
产品与认证
Q1：你们的舞台灯具备哪些清关认证？
答：大部分型号拥有 CE、RoHS 认证。部分产品可提供 LVD 和 EMC 报告。我们可以提供相关文件用于欧盟清关。其他认证可另行报价。
Q2：你们的保修期是多久？
答：标准保修期为 1 年。保修期内，非人为损坏可免费提供配件。运费及上门服务费需自理。大型项目可协商延长保修期。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Q3：灯具兼容 DMX512 协议吗？
答：所有专业舞台灯均支持标准 DMX512 协议。同时支持自走、声控、主从模式，以及 RDM（选配）。兼容灯光控制台及软件控制系统。
Q4：发货前会对每盏灯进行测试吗？
答：是的。每件产品出厂前都会经过测试。我们还会向客户发送测试过程的照片和视频。
订购与起订量
Q1：你们的起订量是多少？
答：标准现货产品起订量较低，支持样品订购。定制款起订量要求较高。您可以在批量下单前先测试样品。
Q2：如何订购样品？样品交期需要多久？
答：如需样品，请向我们发送询盘。样品交期约为10-30天，具体取决于您的所在地区及所选运输方式。定制产品的交期会更长。样品运费由买家承担。
Q3：你们接受哪些付款方式？
答：我们的标准付款条件为：预付30%定金开始生产，余款70%在发货前付清。我们接受多种安全付款方式，包括阿里巴巴信保订单（Trade Assurance）、T/T（电汇）、PayPal，信用卡以及西联汇款。国内支持微信，支付宝，银行卡对公支付。
包装与运输
Q1：你们采用什么包装方式？
答：标准包装为纸箱。可选配航空箱，其具备防震功能，且可重复使用，适合现场演出和租赁场景。
Q2：你们能提供门到门送货服务吗？
答：当然可以！我们可以为您安排海运门到门服务。需要提供您的详细地址及邮政编码。国内客户可以选择顺丰、德邦等物流运输
Q3：你们的产品支持快速发货吗？
答：支持的。收到款项后，我们可在7-10个工作日内发货。具体时效主要取决于产品类型、数量以及您选择的运输方式（快递、空运或海运）。请告知我们您需要的产品、数量以及您的交货期限，以便我们为您核算最佳的物流方案。
售后与技术支持
Q1：如果灯具出现故障，售后服务如何保障？
答：在保修期内，我们提供配件及线上技术支持。因人为操作不当造成的损坏不在保修范围内。
